我们通过网页、API 或其他形式提供代码建议、补全、调试帮助和文档支持等开发者辅助服务。
我们可能随时调整、暂停或终止服务。
2. 用户义务
您同意：
- 遵守适用的法律法规；
- 不将服务用于非法、有害或侵权目的；
- 不干扰服务或传播恶意软件；
- 保管好您的账户，并对其下的活动负责；
- 尊重我们及第三方的知识产权。
3. 费用
部分功能为付费功能。请按时付款并保持账单信息有效；逾期账户可能被暂停或终止。
价格可能会在提前通知后变更。
4. 内容与知识产权
所有界面、技术和文档均归我们或我们的许可方所有。
您生成的内容的权利由法律确定。我们不对其合法性、安全性或所有权作任何保证。
未经许可，请勿复制、逆向工程、转售或用于竞争目的。
5. 服务"按现状"提供
我们努力保持稳定，但无法保证服务不间断。因维护、网络问题或不可抗力导致的中断，我们不承担责任。

6. 免责声明
在法律允许的范围内，我们不对以下情况负责：
- 因使用或无法使用服务而产生的直接或间接损失；
- 因您的行为、第三方或不可抗力造成的问题；

8. 退款与取消
冷静期/撤销权
您可以在交易完成后的 14 天内取消。在截止日期前发送通知即视为及时。对于订阅，这仅适用于首次订阅；除非适用法律另有规定，续订不适用。

- 退款通过我们的支付合作伙伴/商户处理，按其退款政策退回您的原始付款方式。
- 我们将在收到您的取消通知后 14 天内完成退款，不会无故延迟。
服务开始
一旦您开始使用我们的 API（包括消耗积分/调用），可能无法获得全额退款。
例外与审核
如果我们发现欺诈、滥用或操纵行为，可能会拒绝退款请求。您的法定消费者权利不受影响。
9. 变更与终止
我们可能随时更新这些条款，重大变更将提前通知。继续使用服务即表示您接受更新。
因违规、未付款或运营需要，我们可能终止服务。您可以随时停止使用服务。
Terms of Service
Thank you for using codecc.dev (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide developer assistance such as code suggestions, completion, debugging help, and documentation support via web, API, or other forms.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
2. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes;
- Not disrupt the Service or distribute malware;
- Safeguard your account and be responsible for activities under it;
- Respect our and third-party IP rights.
3. Fees
Some features are paid. Pay on time and keep billing info valid; overdue accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Prices may change with prior notice.
4. Content & IP
All UI, technology, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors.
Rights to content you generate are determined by law. We make no warranties on legality, safety, or ownership.
Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use competitively without permission.
5. "As-Is" Service
We strive for stability but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for outages due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses from using or being unable to use the Service;
- Issues caused by your actions, third parties, or force majeure;
- Data loss, misuse, or content infringement.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
Cooling-Off / Right to Cancel
You may cancel within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed. Sending your notice before the deadline counts as on time. For subscriptions, this applies only to the initial subscription; renewals are excluded unless applicable law provides otherwise.
How to Request
- Email refund@codecc.dev with order number, account email, purchase date, and a brief cancellation/refund statement.
- We acknowledge within 24 business hours and advise next steps.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed via our payment partner/Merchant of Record under their refund policy and returned to your original payment method.
- We complete refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your cancellation.
Start of Performance
Once you start using our API (including consuming credits/calls), a full refund may not apply.
Exceptions & Review
If we find fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior, the request may be refused. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes & Termination
We may update these terms at any time with notice for material changes. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updates.
We may terminate due to breach, non-payment, or operational needs. You may stop using the Service at any time.
